KRX 1000 Stock Beadlock Wheel Center Caps(that don't fall out)

These are made-to-order, our printer runs 24-hours printing various other parts, products and tools, so we have set forth a lead time of 3-10 business days of processing time, from payment to ship date.  Tracking information is automatically sent when labels are printed.

Are your stock KRX 1000 wheel center caps vanishing after every ride? Want something better than the chintzy factory clip on center cap without breaking the bank?  How about also being cheaper than those chintzy factory ones?  Ours have been put through their paces, abused and purposely misused, without any failures.

After quite a few revisions and redesigns, we are now offering our iteration of KRX wheel center caps.  Ours are 3D printed from PLA+ which holds up very well to UV, moisture and temperature over conventional PLA, without the printing hazards of printing ABS(which is very prone to UV fade, layer separation and warping). They're made as thick as possible and have a fully radiused interior to minimize stress risers, while still clearing the axle nut and washer. The part's structure is also printed completely solid and one of ours(without the snap ring), weighs more than all 4 factory caps combined!  They are held into the wheel's center bore via an external snap ring that applies a preload to the center cap, snugly sandwiching the wheel inner and outer surfaces.  

Installation is a breeze, remove wheel from machine, remove factory wheel cap(if they're even there), slide the new wheel center cap in, install snap ring on the backside until it "clicks" into position and reinstall wheel onto the machine.

Color options are a completely solid color or a black base with either a colored faceplate or color inlayed logo(pictures of these options are in the photos).  Current color options are Blue, Red and Green.  If there is another color that you would like to have email us and we'll work with you to find a color that works for you. They will all come in a  slightly matte finish.

Keep in mind, these are a plastic and while they are rather thick and very tough, they will not play nice with chemicals and solvents.  We advise not spraying them with acetone, brake clean, aggressive degreasers and other cleaners or solvents, as they will break down the plastic and cause failure, thus voiding the warranty.

These are covered under a 60 day warranty against part failure.  NOT VALID IF THEY ARE INTRODUCED TO ANY CHEMICALS, SOLVENTS OR DAMAGED FROM INSTALL. ONLY USE PROPER SNAP RING PIERS TO INSTALL THE SNAP RINGS.
