How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 3-10 business days for your order to be processed for shipping, after placing order. Our products, for the most part, are made to order and we make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Tracking info is emailed to the email you enter when placing your order, as soon as the label is printed.
Please check, recheck and verify that you have entered your shipping and billing address correctly before processing your order. Buyers are responsible for entering the correct address at checkout and any additional costs that arise out of incorrect address entry. Orders that fail to deliver due to insufficient address information, will not be resent out until the original order has arrived back in our hands.
How will my products ship?
Since all of our products are metal and heavy, we prefer to ship with USPS flat rate, since they're generally 2-3 day ship time, in the contiguous 48 states(longer ship times for Alaska and Hawaii). UPS shipments are also available.
Shipping fees may vary for items too large to fit in flat rate boxes or shipments sent vis UPS.
There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS and/or UPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS and/or UPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS and/or UPS. INSURANCE is available to add to any order and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED, IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.
WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL
Products that are damaged from misuse/abuse from the customer are not eligible for return. If you have fitment issues with any of our products, please email ASAP. However damage done to products prior to contacting us, voids return eligibility.
All of our products are made to order, thus, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If a powder coated item of any variety is to be returned, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
